Frequently Asked Questions
- 01Both. I provide independent opinions and do not limit my practice to one side. My role is to assess the medical facts objectively and provide a well-supported opinion regardless of who retains me.
- 02Yes. I am licensed in 29 states and accept cases nationwide. I am also available for cases involving federal jurisdiction and international medical records.
- 03Fees are available upon request and vary by case type and scope of work. Please contact us to discuss your matter and receive fee and retainer information.
- 04Turnaround time depends on the volume and complexity of the records involved. Initial availability and conflict checks are confirmed within one business day of contact.
- 05I handle a broad range of cardiovascular medical-legal matters including workers' compensation, medical malpractice, cardiac device litigation, personal injury, disability claims, firefighter presumption cases, FTCA claims, and telemedicine malpractice. - 06Yes. I provide the same independent, thorough analysis to Pro Se litigants as I do to retained counsel. Written reports are structured to be useful in legal proceedings regardless of representation status.
